SUNDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY
We have begun a new Bible Study on Sunday mornings titled Heaven and Hell, The Edge of Eternity. The Faith on the Edge Bible study series tracks the progress of science and people’s fascinations and fears about science. Each session introduces a contemporary topic, summarizes what science has to say about it, and then provides biblical answers and guidance so that you can face the future with the wisdom and confidence that only God can provide through His Word.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
All children ages 3 and up are welcome to attend Sunday School at 9:00am! This is a great opportunity for them to learn more about the Bible and will help them to build a strong Christian foundation that will stay with them for the rest of their life.
ADULT INFORMATION CLASS
Pastor Davidson will be leading an adult information class on Sunday evenings for those desiring membership in our congregation or those who wish to review the teachings of the Church.
FLOWER CALENDAR
The Flower Calendar for 2012 will be available in the narthex after church for anyone who would like to sign up for Altar Flowers for the next year. Bulletin Information Forms are also available.
ALTAR SET UP
The Altar Set-up Sign-up sheet has been placed on the bulletin board in the hallway. If you are able and willing to perform the altar set-up duties for our services one month, please do sign-up. Thank you!

REDEEMER SCHOOL CORNER
“We Love because God first loved us!”
Where is the snow? We are into February now and it feels like Spring. Within this ‘Love’ month we will have a Valentine’s Luncheon for all school families on Tuesday, February 14. Please RSVP if you plan to attend, but if you are helping we appreciate your donations of time, talent, and money on this special day of showing God’s love to others.
February’s religion curriculum includes the Bible stories of Jesus Healing a Man, The Good Samaritan, A Woman anoints Jesus’ Feet, The Children Praise Jesus, Ten Men with Leprosy, Jesus Feeds the 5000, Mary & Martha, Jesus Chooses 12 Disciples, Jesus Stops a Storm, Jesus is Baptized, and Jesus Blesses the Children.
Compassion International joins us in celebrating our child from Ecuador, Luis Raphael, on his 13th birthday. We have been sponsoring Luis through our chapel offerings since he was 4. Praise be to God that Luis learns of Jesus through this program. Thank you for your support!
Other dates to remember include Ash Wednesday, when the children will enjoy a special chapel service with Pastor. Ohio University Speech Pathology students will be in to perform speech and hearing screenings February 23 and 24. And Friendship Sunday will be February 26. School children are invited to sing during our service and a reception will take place in the narthex after church. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
